How devkick programming works
devkick is a builders' room for developers working at the frontier: AI agents, robotics, and quantum. A Kick is a build night, not a panel series. The useful part is the work on screen, the decisions behind it, and the honest account of what broke.
Bring a project that is already moving, a tool you are testing, or a question that can be answered by putting a real system through its paces. Live teardowns and show-and-tells keep the room practical. There is no pitch slot to prepare for and no promise that every demo works on the first try. The standard is simple: demo or it did not happen.
The programming stays in the KW-GTA corridor, with current dates in Waterloo, Kitchener, and Toronto. Each Kick has its own date and RSVP path. Luma is the operating layer for RSVP, capacity, and reminders, while this page is the public record of devkick-hosted programming.
Season one is organized around monthly Kicks, with an optional Kickathon in month three and a season finale. The calendar shows what is scheduled now, and recap pages preserve clips, photos, and notes when there is a real record to publish. If you are deciding whether the room is for you, start with the next date and bring the thing you are building.
City guides
Start with the city that matches your search. Toronto and Waterloo carry the deeper programming context; Hamilton and London stay lighter because devkick has not reached those cities yet.

Is devkick an events listing service?
No. The events page is for devkick programming only, not an aggregator of local AI or technology events. The city guides are separate evergreen editorial pages, not a dated event feed.
